Fluency with American English is also a very important requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate highly comprehension and use of the English language.
  • Demonstrate professional customer service on time.
  • Be professional to represent the company in a positive way.
  • Proper knowledge and use of departmental resources, policies and procedures.
  • Respond to messages on the phone, chat and email queues.
  • Maintain acceptable call times and email handling time, while remaining friendly.
  • Maintain productivity and quality standards.
  • Search for solutions and identify trends for the appropriate staff, including possible solutions or suggestions.
  • Demonstrate the sense of urgency appropriate for client responses.

Qualifications

Technical Skills

  • High school graduate (Must present diploma or certificate)
  • English Level: 90% or above
